We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. and to most locations throughout the world. We offer shipping to the continential United States. Different shipping rates apply for non-continental U.S. and international destinations. Please see rates and guidelines below. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

$15.00 per Item. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (10-14 Business days).

International Duty and Tax
International shipping fees charged by us do not include duty or sales tax. We are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. For details of these charges, please contact your local customs office. Please note that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.
In some cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes upon delivery. If the courier charges these to us , we will bill your credit card on file without notice.
Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
Other Shipping Information
If you order multiple items with different availability times, we will ship your order when all items become available. If you choose to ship items as they become available, you will be charged for each shipment, based on the shipping charges as outlined above.
Returns
We are certain you will love your Phax Swimwear. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange it or provide a full refund to you if returned within 14 days of delivery subject to the information and exceptions provided below. Please note that all SALE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED - NO REFUNDS.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. All swimwear garments must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection labels in place. Do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are correct. We will not issue a refund or credit for swimwear unless it is returned to us in perfect, re-sellable condition and within 14 days of delivery date. Used swimwear will be returned to the purchaser who will be charged for the return shipment. Shipping charges may apply.
Please use the panty liner enclosed with your package when trying on your bathing suits. Government regulations do not allow us to take back bathing suits that have been used.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges. A one-time exchange policy per swimsuit applies.
International orders, except for Canada, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In order to return an item, please contact us at dvb@phaxfashion.com for instructions. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS AND AN AUTHORIZATION CODE. We will not accept any returns without an return authorization code. Emails must be received no later than 7 days of delivery date and return packages must be post-marked no later than 14 days of delivery date.
We strongly advise that you insure your package and use a shipping service that allows you to track your package. We will not be held responsible for lost packages. Once the returned items have been received by us, an exchange will be processed or a store credit will be provided immediately or a refund will be issued in its original form of payment within 4 weeks.
